So, I logged on to DA today for the first time in probably 3 months. I have been BEYOND swamped with school. ohmygod. I'm in portfolio classes now so it's crunch time, and I've been shooting like mad. If the weather wasn't so crummy outside, I'd be wandering around somewhere in Rocky Mountain National Park getting new shots for class. I'm hoping the weather improves for tomorrow . Anywho, I've got and uber large amount of backlogged messages and favorites, so to save me a smidge of time THANK YOU ALL!!! I honestly can't thank you enough.

In other news, I completely rebuilt my website, and changed domain names to my company name. It took up my entire spring break, but I love the end result.

I leave for France exactly one month from today, right in the middle of finals week I'm hoping that I can save up enough for one new lens before I leave. The Africa trip is go as well, we've added another leg to the beginning of the trip, so I'll be spending a week in Egypt in addition to the two weeks in Uganda and Rwanda. I land in Cairo on my 21st birthday, how cool is that?!? I'm excited that the only vaccine I have to get is yellow fever (I'm not such a fan of needles)

It's been over a quarter since I've logged on, so I'm mid quarter of my newest round of classes. I started the grueling round of Portfolio classes (I got the teacher I requested and am working on my final series of shots to finish out my books for graduation. I'm in a corporate/industrial class, where we have to shoot an annual report for a company. I'm working with the Denver Aquarium, which is a ton of fun. I'm in an Editorial photography class, and I'm working on a series about Rocky Mountain National Park, and the troubles that the National Park service has, specifically with the overpopulation of the elk inside the park. My last class is a web class, but since I already have a website built, I get to make an interactive promotional dvd, which should be a ton of fun. Overall uber stressed with the workload that I've got, but I'm managing it.
