Pardon my prolonged absence...it's been crazy around here. :faint:
My trips all went fabulous, and I got lots of amazing images that I'm uber proud of (which I'll be working on posting on a regular basis) and I came back without catching malaria or some other super nasty African virus. Seeing the Mountain Gorillas in Uganda and Rwanda was by far the coolest experience of my life, and beyond words in terms of explaining what it was like. Hopefully my images will do some of the speaking for me. Put it on your bucket list, it's a truly amazing experience.

Especially after last quarter being locked in on my chosen subject for the entire class, which was an amazing exercise. It forced me to

Uggh...swamped with finals work, but that's nothing new. It's finally Christmas time (I GET TO LISTEN TO CHRISTMAS MUSIC!!! :excited:) Don't lie...you love it too. Business of photo turned out to be my favorite class of the quarter, and I learned a ton of stuff I will use every day. I'm UBER glad to finally have some time off though (in 2 weeks).
Had a lot of fun with a shutter speed/long exposure assignment last week at sunset out by this super cool tree. I was in a hurry to get the light before it went behind the mountains, and I set one of my speedlite flashes on the ground. Me being who I am, completely forgot about it, and left i
